Way back in 2009, after tours of duty in Door Hardware Sales with both Wholesale Distribution and Retail Locksmith businesses, Kevin Jensen was faced with the long-asked question "what's next?" With 10 years of Industry experience in his knapsack, having spent that entire span solely focused on solutions for customers of all types, the perpetual area most lacking in providing those optimum solutions often led to support from Manufacturers, more specifically the Manufacturer's Representative.

See, in Kevin's experience, for the hundreds of product lines handled on a regular basis, there were very few Manufacturers Reps he could count on and call directly to get whatever help he needed to do the job and satisfy customers.

After much prayer, thought, counsel from mentors (both inside and outside the Hardware Industry), and conversation polling his most trusted industry contacts, the leap was made to form Summit Security Sales.

Fast forward to today: by the Grace of God, Summit has become the Premier Sales Agency in the South Central U.S., blessed with the most comprehensive and Industry Leading arsenal of Manufacturers in the Door and Security Hardware and Software Industry. Also blessed with veteran Field Salespeople, present in each of our major markets served, combined with Inside Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator supporting those Salespeople, Summit is committed to leading the way and providing and supporting our Customers and Territory at a higher level.
